1. Who processes your data

The party responsible for processing the personal data associated with the site www.energianatural.pt is Micael Silva, hereinafter "Energia Natural". For any privacy-related question, you can contact us directly at micael@energianatural.pt.

2. What data we collect

This site is informational. There are no contact forms nor user registration. The personal data that may be processed comes down to:

• Communications by email or WhatsApp — when you click a contact button, you open your email/messaging app. Sending happens outside this site, and the data you share with us (name, email, number, message) is stored in Micael's email/WhatsApp account.
• Anonymous browsing statistics — to understand which pages are most visited, the site records the page path, the visit's origin (referrer), the country (from the Cloudflare network header) and the device type. Your IP address is not recorded, nor is any personal identifier, and the data cannot be cross-referenced with your identity.
• Server logs (Cloudflare) — for security and abuse-prevention purposes, our infrastructure provider (Cloudflare) processes IP addresses on a transient basis. This data is not accessed by Energia Natural except in the event of a security incident.

3. For what purpose

• Respond to information requests, collaboration proposals and service bookings.
• Understand the site's performance and improve the experience of those who visit it.
• Ensure the security and availability of the site.

4. Legal basis

Under Article 6 of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR / RGPD):

• Performance of pre-contractual steps (point (b)) — to respond to requests sent by email or WhatsApp.
• Legitimate interest (point (f)) — anonymous browsing statistics and platform security, without collecting identifiable personal data.

5. Sub-processors

The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA), based on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses for international data transfers. Cloudflare processes technical data (IPs, HTTP headers) exclusively to provide CDN, anti-DDoS and DNS services.

The emails received by Micael are processed by Google LLC (Gmail / Google Workspace).

6. Retention periods

• Emails and messages: for as long as needed to respond and to comply with tax and legal obligations (up to 10 years).
• Anonymous browsing statistics: 24 months.
• Server logs: up to 30 days (managed by Cloudflare).

7. Your rights

You have the following rights, guaranteed by the GDPR (RGPD):

• Right of access — to know what data we hold about you.
• Right to rectification — to correct data that is wrong.
• Right to erasure — to request the deletion of your data.
• Right to object — to object to processing based on legitimate interest.
• Right to data portability — to receive your data in a structured format.

To exercise any right, simply send an email to micael@energianatural.pt. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Comissão Nacional de Proteção de Dados (CNPD) at www.cnpd.pt.

8. Cookies

This site uses only cookies strictly necessary for its operation and security (Cloudflare anti-bot). We don't use marketing, social media or third-party analytics cookies. See the details in the Cookie Policy.

9. Changes to this policy

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site, services or legislation. The date at the top always indicates the version in force.
