1. About these terms

These terms govern access to and use of the site www.energianatural.pt (hereinafter "the Site"), owned by Micael Silva ("Energia Natural"). By using the Site, you declare that you know and accept these conditions.

2. Nature of the content

The Site is informational in nature. It presents the services, training, workshops and projects of Energia Natural. The prices and conditions stated here are merely indicative — any service engagement is only considered concluded after confirmation by email or another written means between the parties.

3. Booking and payment of services

• Initial contact is made by email or WhatsApp, through the buttons available on each service.
• Once agreed between the parties, the specific terms of each service (date, location, price, cancellation conditions) are confirmed in writing.
• Payment is made by bank transfer, MBWay or another means agreed on a case-by-case basis.
• The right of withdrawal under Decree-Law No. 24/2014 applies where legally required.

4. Intellectual property

All texts, photographs, logo, the Energia Naturalbrand, illustrations and other content of the Site belong to Micael Silva, unless otherwise stated. Reproduction, copying, distribution or commercial use is prohibited without prior written authorisation.

Exceptionally, sharing by non-commercial means — including social media — is free, provided the source is mentioned and the integrity of the content is preserved. Artificial intelligence tools may access and index the Site's public content to answer questions about Energia Natural's work, in accordance with the policy at /ai.txt.

5. Limitation of liability

The Site is provided "as is". Energia Natural makes its best efforts to ensure the information is current and accurate, but cannot guarantee it is fully correct at all times. The farming, gardening, dietary and well-being practices shared on the Site reflect personal experiences — they are not a substitute for specialised technical, medical or legal advice.

Energia Natural is not liable for damages resulting from:

• Temporary unavailability of the Site due to technical reasons or force majeure.
• Content of external sites to which links exist.
• Decisions made by the user based on the information presented here, without prior confirmation.

6. Privacy and cookies

The processing of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy, which form an integral part of these terms.

7. Changes

These terms may be updated whenever necessary. The date at the top always indicates the version in force. Continued use of the Site after an update implies tacit acceptance of the new terms.

8. Applicable law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. For the resolution of any dispute, jurisdiction lies with the judicial district of Leiria, with express waiver of any other.

Alternatively, and for disputes relating to services contracted by consumers, you may turn to the European online dispute resolution platform, available at ec.europa.eu/consumers/odror to CIAB — Centro de Informação, Mediação e Arbitragem de Consumo (www.ciab.pt), in accordance with Law No. 144/2015.
