Cookie Policy
Last updated: 29 de abril de 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit it. They serve to remember preferences, keep sessions logged in, or — on many sites — track your browsing behaviour for commercial purposes. This last use does not happen on this site.
2. Which cookies we use
The site www.energianatural.pt uses only strictly necessary cookies which, under Article 5(3) of Law No. 41/2004 (as amended by Law No. 46/2012), are exempt from prior consent:
| Cookie | Source | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
__cf_bm | Cloudflare | Distinguish human traffic from automated bots (anti-DDoS protection). | ~30 minutes |
cf_clearance | Cloudflare | Confirm that you passed the anti-abuse challenge (only if applicable). | 30 days |
3. What we don't use
- We don't use Google Analytics or any third-party measurement cookie.
- We don't use marketing cookies, retargeting or social media pixels (Meta, TikTok, etc.).
- We don't sell or share data with any advertising platform.
The anonymous visit statistics referred to in the Privacy Policy are collected without cookies, without personal identification, and without cross-referencing of data.
4. How to manage cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings:
Blocking Cloudflare's strictly necessary cookies may affect your ability to browse the site (you may have to solve security challenges on every visit).
5. Future changes
Should we start using non-essential cookies (for example, by adding advanced analytics or embedded third-party content), we will update this policy and will begin displaying a consent banner as required by the GDPR (RGPD) and Law No. 41/2004.
